The University will be at the heart of the development of the city providing the academic catalyst to the development of local business and technology skills

The project will act as one of the catalysts for Zambian’s development goals providing direct, indirect and induced jobs of several million job years.The project entails a seven-year design and development window for Phase One with a phase 1 budget of several billion dollars.
